At Heavenly L Enterprises, we take great pride in providing naturally made, vegan, and cruelty-free hair, skin, and cosmetic products. Please take a look at our refund and exchange policy below:   

REFUNDS: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on opened and/or used products.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]

Please include: 
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the product and packaging.
3.  A description of the issue
4. Contact information

If approved, we will issue either store credit or a replacement product.

EXCHANGES:
We only offer exchanges in case of: 
1. Damage during shipping
2. Incorrect items received

Please contact us within 7 days.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Heavenly L Enterprises is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier in such cases.

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase by emailing our support team at [email protected]. After this window, we begin processing orders and cannot cancel them.
